We begin coordinating a post production session three days in advance of the
customer's deadline. This gives us time to anticipate all possible technical, artistic
and practical problems and requirements. To ensure that a session goes ahead
without snags or unnecessary wasting of time and resources, we need to check the
availability of the studio and ensure that there are no technical incompatibilities.
